Apartment B1 is comfortable accommodation of 37 m², designed for up to five guests. It is located on the ground floor and features a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchenette, two toilets, a fireplace and views of the Poljice ski slope.

Apartment B1 is 37 m² in size and can accommodate up to five guests. It is located on the ground floor of the mountain property, making it a practical choice for families with children, older guests and anyone who prefers easier access to the apartment.
It consists of a living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette and two toilets. The functional layout provides a comfortable stay even when the apartment is used at full capacity.
Double bed, single bed and two sofa beds
The separate bedroom includes one double bed and one single bed. The living room is equipped with two sofas with removable backrests, which can be used as additional beds measuring approximately 200 × 90 cm.
This layout provides five sleeping places in total and is well suited to families, couples with children and smaller groups.
Fireplace and a welcoming mountain atmosphere
The fireplace adds special value to Apartment B1, making the living room a warm and pleasant place to relax after skiing or a day spent on the mountain.
The kitchenette allows guests to prepare simple meals and warm drinks, while the living area offers enough space for spending time together.
Heating, a TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided.

Rates are available on request and depend on your travel dates, length of stay, number of guests and the selected apartment. Send us your preferred dates and the number of guests. After checking availability, we will send you our current offer and booking conditions. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
Please respect the house rules and use the apartment and shared facilities responsibly. The maximum number of guests must not exceed the apartment capacity stated in the reservation.
