Booking and Cancellation Terms

Reservation at Apartmani Jakovljević is arranged directly with the hosts. These terms explain the process of submitting an inquiry, confirming availability, modifying and cancelling a reservation.

Submitting a Reservation Request

Guests can submit their preferred apartment, stay dates, number of guests and contact details via the reservation form, phone or email. Submitting a request does not constitute an automatic reservation confirmation.

Availability and Price Confirmation

After checking availability, the guest will receive information about available dates, the total price and the conditions required to confirm the reservation. The reservation becomes valid only after the guest accepts the offer and fulfils the agreed conditions.

Deposit and Payment Method

If a deposit is required for a particular stay, the amount, payment deadline and payment method will be clearly stated in the offer. Please do not make any payment before receiving confirmed payment instructions from the host.

Reservation Changes

Requests to change the dates, number of guests or apartment should be submitted as early as possible. Any change is subject to availability and may affect the price.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms and any applicable refund conditions will be provided with the specific offer. They may depend on the dates, length of stay and periods of increased demand.

No-Show and Early Departure

In the event of a no-show without prior notice or an early departure initiated by the guest, the terms of the accepted offer will apply. Guests are kindly asked to notify the host immediately of any changes.

Late or Difficult Arrival

In the event of a delay, severe weather conditions or travel difficulties, the guest should contact the host as soon as possible so that check-in arrangements can be agreed.

Special Requests

Transfers, pets, late arrival and other special requests are valid only after written or direct confirmation from the host.
