House Rules

These rules are intended to ensure a peaceful, safe and pleasant stay for all guests at Apartmani Jakovljević in Poljice. Please read them before arrival and mention any special requests when making your reservation.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are confirmed with the reservation. Guests are kindly asked to provide their expected arrival time in advance, especially when arriving later in the day.

Number and Identity of Guests

Only registered guests may stay in the apartment, up to the maximum number of persons agreed upon in the reservation. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.

Peace and Consideration for Other Guests

Guests are kindly asked to respect the peace and quiet of the property and avoid loud music, excessive noise or behaviour that may disturb other guests, especially during evening and nighttime hours.

Care of the Apartment and Equipment

Guests are required to use the furniture, appliances, fireplace, sauna and other equipment with care. Any malfunction, damage or missing item should be reported to the host immediately.

Fireplace and Sauna

The fireplace and sauna should be used in accordance with the host’s instructions. Guests are not permitted to alter the operation of the equipment or leave a fire or heated sauna unattended.

Smoking and Pets

Smoking and pet policies should be checked before making a reservation. Please include any special request in the notes so that you can receive accurate confirmation.

Parking and Personal Belongings

Please use the designated parking area and ensure that your vehicle does not obstruct other guests. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables and personal belongings.

Departure from the Apartment

Before leaving, please switch off appliances, close the windows, dispose of waste in the designated area and return the key as agreed with the host.
